At the age of 24, Chef Izu immersed himself in French life and culture to truly embody the art of French cuisine. One of his daily rituals while living in France was to get a fresh baguette from the local bakery every day. One morning, while going about his daily business, he met a charming girl named Karin, who soon became his wife. From that moment on, the inspired and ambitious chef Izu began a love affair with France, its food, its culture and one young girl.

This love continues in the form of more and more new restaurant locations around the world.
