New trendy burger joint from chef Izu Ani

Culinary expert Chef Izu Ani is shaking up Dubai's fast food scene by targeting the pinnacle of Dubai's burger culture. In the spring of 2024, he opened the fashionable burger joint Izu Burger in Dubai's Boxpark, keeping the interior in trendy shades of concrete with flashes of neon details.

Each burger is handcrafted by Chef Izu using Australian Wagyu beef or long-aged Canadian beef, topped with melted cheese, signature sauce and topped with a potato bun or soft baguette-style bread. Izu fries are large potato wedges with a crispy skin and a tender texture, topped with a spicy sauce, fresh Parmigiano Reggiano shavings and a mix of spices.
