Evgeny Kuzin and chef Izu opened another project in DIFC — the Alaya restaurant. If you describe the menu in one phrase, it is a mix of modern Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines, but again with strong southern accents. The tastes are truly new, so it’s better to take everything to the table — almost all dishes are clearly for a group.
